Carla joined the College of Management in September 2007, bringing with her 18 years of experience in the accounting field. Carla is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A in Accounting. She directs and manages the financial procedures and policies for the College and is responsible for development, preparation, and management of the budget. She oversees all financial management for the College, ensuring that financial targets and standards are met, financial records are accurately maintained, and the required financial and management reports are generated.  

She interacts and negotiates with Institute, Georgia Tech Foundation, and College of Management administration, vendors, sponsors, and government agencies on operational matters related to the financial support functions.
