Leverage Your Skills to Break Gender Barriers and Advance Your Career.

The most successful women have vision, fortitude, and the ability to work in competitive environments without compromising their unique traits and skill sets. Now you can capitalize on these skills to increase your company’s bottom line and ensure the success of your career. Learn from senior women executives who have climbed the corporate ranks and become experts at leveraging on-the-job experience with academic research to improve leadership capabilities and performance of high potential women.

This program is designed for high potential female leaders. Participants will be selected based on job experience and leadership potential. 

Program Fee Arrow

The tuition for all six sessions is $4,750. Cost includes all course materials, food and beverages, and parking.

A corporate discount of 15 percent is available for companies who enroll three or more participants. 

Location & Times arrow

All sessions are held at the Georgia Tech College of Management in Midtown Atlanta and begin at 4:00 PM and end at 7:00 PM. Dinner is included.
