Jun joined the College of Management in the fall of 2009 after receiving his PhD from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with concentration on marketing. Jun's research focuses on empirical investigation of firm and consumer behaviors. His current projects include modeling of consumer information search behavior, an investigation of competitive product map from consumer search data and the impact of consumer reviews on consumer demand in durable goods.
Prior to his academic career, he worked for a high-tech industry in Silicon Valley where he developed CRM (customer relationship software) software.
