Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (5 day program)
• Introduction to Six Sigma
• The DMAIC methodology (Define/Measure/Analyze/Improve/Control)
• Continuous and discrete data
• Hypothesis testing
• Lean tools for Six Sigma
• Capstone exercise putting theory into practice
Applied Statistics for Six Sigma (3 day program)
• Statistical tools for implementing Six Sigma in the real world
• Introduction to MiniTab software
• Measurement phase for continuous and discrete data
• How to select the appropriate tests and interpret results
• SPC (statistical process control)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (4 day program)
• The DMADV methodology (Define/Measure/Analyze/Design/Verify)
• DOE (Design of Experiments)
• Using Crystal Ball software
• Gage studies
• Attribute agreement analysis
All three courses are required for Black Belt Certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Applied Statistics for Six Sigma are prerequisites for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Courses must be taken in sequence.

Program Fees The fee includes tuition, books, instructional materials, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and parking. Pricing discounts are available to companies that send three or more employees to the same program. To receive this discount, team members must register at the same time. Only one discount may be applied.
