Designed to improve corporate performance through insights from the world's best business thinkers, The Leadership Forum of Georgia Tech College of Management will feature Roch Parayre on March 13.
Parayre, senior fellow at the Mack Center for Technological Innovation at the Wharton Business School and managing director of Decision Sciences International, will speak from 8:30 AM through noon in LeCraw Auditorium on the first floor of the Management building (800 West Peachtree Street).
Titled "Scanning the Periphery," his discussion will cover how the biggest dangers to companies are the unexpected ones. He will describe what business leaders should look for, where to look, and how to interpret what you see by learning from the past, evaluating the present, and envisioning the future.
Parayre is the second of six speakers in the 2007 series, which runs from February through November with a theme of "Broadening Your Innovation Horizon."
Tuition for the remaining five sessions for 2007 costs $2,500. You can also choose any three of the remaining sessions for $1,695 or attend a single session for $595.
"We have an exciting lineup of speakers whose names are on the rise among business thinkers," says Dan Stotz, director of executive programs for the business school. "If you don't already know who they all are, you soon will."
