Georgia Tech College of Management will help business leaders do more with less through the 2009 series of The Leadership Forum.

Kicking off February 10, the series will feature six of the world’s leading business thinkers discussing variations on the theme of “The Expectation Economy: Doing More with Less.”

Since its establishment in 1996, The Leadership Forum has attracted many of Atlanta’s top executives and fast-rising business leaders for interactive, half-day sessions with premier speakers. Georgia Tech College of Management, which has served as host of these events since 2005, took over ownership of The Leadership Forum in 2007.

“We feature an exciting lineup of speakers whose names are on the rise among business thinkers,” says Goutam Challagalla, associate dean of executive education at the College of Management. “If you don’t already know who they all are, you soon will.

“These distinguished speakers give interactive presentations, allowing for plenty of give and take with attendees,” Challagalla adds. “This is no mere lecture series. Our Forum participants return year after year because they learn so much about dealing with the pressures of today and challenges of tomorrow.”

Speakers scheduled for 2009 include:

All sessions are held at Georgia Tech College of Management from 8:30 AM to noon on program days.

In addition to the featured speakers, the College will hold hour-long, post-speaker Action Workshops during 2009 as part of The Leadership Forum. These workshops will help members of The Leadership Forum develop and implement action plans based on the content delivered by speakers in the series.

The tuition is $3,400 per person for all six sessions in 2009. Participants can also elect to pick three of the six events for a cost of $1,900. Tuition includes the Action Workshops, a written synopsis of the main ideas of each event, and copies of the speakers’ books.

To register, visit the Leadership Forum site or call 404-894-8700.
