Program participants will return to their organizations with:

• A deep understanding of the lean Six Sigma approach.
• Proven tools for implementing the Define/Measure/Analyze/Improve/Control (DMAIC) methodology to a project.
• A Green Belt or Black Belt Certification (upon completion of a post-course project).

• April 20-22 for Applied Statistics for Six Sigma
