Our goal is for every student to have a great job by graduation. To accomplish this goal, our career services team starts building close relationships with students as early as the enrollment application process, when they interview with staff members to discuss their career aspirations.

Students are assigned a career advisor to work with them throughout their program of study. Providing a high level of personal interaction and job-search support, these advisors are not academics but professionals with years of business experience who understand industry dynamics.

The Jones MBA Career Center attracts recruiting activity from world class companies with an ideal state-of-the-art environment for making great hires. Though our facilities are at the cutting edge, they cannot compare to the high quality of our student body which keeps companies coming back year after year. Georgia Tech MBA students are widely viewed as strong problem solvers with excellent communication skills who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

Recruiters also seek the strong leadership skills that Georgia Tech develops in students. Thanks to the small size of our MBA program, there are numerous opportunities for all students to obtain meaningful leadership experiences.
