In January 2009, the T&M staff interviewed more than 90 student applicants who met the the 2.9 GPA requirement.
During a 30-minute interview, each student was asked to describe their leadership, academic, and job experience and aspirations. Behavioral questions focused on conflict resolution and leadership decision making.
The result: 41 new students were admitted into the program - 11 management students and 30 engineering students representing eight disciplines! The new class has an average GPA of 3.43 and is a stellar group of students, many of whom already have major achievements and awards.
